Below is just a few of the most popular services we have to offer:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">Phone calls are handled in a professional manner. All calls are returned within the same day or no later than 24 hours.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">Prompt communication and attention to details when providing assistance to Board members and homeowners regarding the day to day operations of their Association.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">Accounting services are provided using a fully compliant accounting platform that allows us to customize our clients\u2019 chart of accounts and accurately run and modify receivable and payable reports, which can be viewed live at any given time.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">Financial statements are prepared no later than ten (10) days prior to each meeting and included in each Board report for the Board Members\u2019 review. An electronic version can also be provided upon request.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">La Perla works with each Association&#8217;s approved CPA in preparing the year-end audit and tax returns. We also\u00a0 work with the Association&#8217;s approved Reserve Analyst so that the reserve study can be prepared and presented to the Board no later than six (6) monthsprior to the fiscal year end.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">The accounting staff and the manager work together in preparing the first draft of the Operating Budget, which is presented to theBoard no later than four (4) months prior to the Association fiscal year end.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">Invoices are processed on a bi-weekly basis, and by each Manager to ensure that the proper general ledger code has been issued.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">La Perla uses\u00a0paperless work orders to communicate with the Association&#8217;s vendors allowing each resident to receive a notification once the maintenance issue has been resolved.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">24\/7 Emergency services are provided to assist residents with any emergencies. The number to call is 949.361.6330.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">Monthly community walk-throughs are held to ensure compliance of governing documents. A Compliance Report is provided to the Boardof Directors in each Board report for review. Violations can be tracked via Board WebPortal.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #583400; font-family: 'Hoefler Text'; font-size: large;\">Walk-throughs with the Association\u2019s landscape company and committee members are also held on a monthly basis.
